Dan Poirier
Dan has a bachelors degree in Marketing Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Akron. In college, Dan worked as a Pet Care Specialist at PetSmart, as well as donated a great deal of his time to a local animal rescue group. Dan received many awards in college, including the Akron Presidential Scholarship, the Akron Gold Award, and Dean’s List. He currently holds a second-degree black belt and was a Tae Kwon Do instructor for over 5 years. In his free time, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, running, and traveling.
After many conversations about the lack of such a facility in the Buffalo area, Dan and his cousin Mallory decided to open Fetch n' Catch in Fall of 2012. |

Mallory Poirier
Mallory’s desire to work with animals became a reality when she turned 18 years old. She was given the opportunity to work at an animal hospital in Detroit, Michigan. After moving to Detroit, she worked as a veterinary technician at Thomson Animal Hospital. After two years, she returned to her hometown of Buffalo, NY, and worked as a veterinary assistant at Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic. Mallory is also a Certified Wildlife Rehabilitator. In her free time, she enjoys camping and fishing. |

Kathy Kirchmyer
Kathy has been working at Fetch n’ Catch since they opened. She is the Treasurer for the WNY Boxer Club, and has two boxers of her own. Kathy is currently studying to become a Certified Pet Nutritionist, and is looking forward to advancing her career in the pet field. At Fetch n’ Catch, Kathy is known for her enthusiasm and infectious positive attitude. |

Christina Rich
Christina has been working with animals for most of her life. She is a member of 4H, and is an ARBA registered rabbit breeder. Christina plans on attending school in January for Entrepreneurship and plans on working with animals for the rest of her life. She owns a 6 year old black lab and a teacup potbelly pig named Phoebe, who sometimes comes to doggie daycare with her. |
