Sam Burton has been an integral part of the Fetch n’ Catch family since 2016, when she began her journey as a Canine Coach. Over her 10+ years in the industry, Sam has developed a deep understanding of canine behavior and a passion for improving the lives of owners and dogs alike through quality training. This quickly led to her promotion to Dog Trainer in 2018, and Head Dog Trainer in 2020. In 2023, Sam took on the role of Staff Development Coach and Daycare Manager, where she oversees the training and development process for all new hires & daily oversight of our group daycare program.

As our Daycare Manager, Sam is responsible supervising the daily operation of our group daycare facility, ensuring every dog is having an enjoyable, safe experience. Beyond daycare, she is committed to the continuous improvement of our 50+ staff’s collective knowledge and skills, working closely with both new and seasoned team members to elevate the standard of care and service at Fetch n’ Catch. Sam is known for her relatability and humor, and fosters an environment of accountability and continued improvement for her team.
