General Manager

Jordan Talbott has been a pivotal member of our team since 2014, bringing with her several years of management experience from the restaurant industry. She began her career at Fetch n’ Catch as a receptionist, quickly rising through the ranks to become Assistant General Manager in 2016, and ultimately stepping into the role of General Manager in 2018.

As General Manager, Jordan is responsible for overseeing all daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the entire team of nearly 50 staff members. Her leadership style is marked by a genuine commitment to her team’s success and wellbeing, while simultaneously upholding the goals and standards by which Fetch n’ Catch operates. Jordan’s role requires her to ‘wear many hats’, and she handles the diverse demands of her position skillfully and with enthusiasm.

Over the years, Jordan has cultivated strong relationships with our clients and their dogs, becoming a trusted and familiar face for many. Her balanced approach to leadership and authentic dedication to our organization have been instrumental in both establishing and maintaining the high standards of care and service that Fetch n’ Catch is known for.
