Sam Burton has been an integral part of the Fetch n’ Catch family since 2016, when she began her journey as a Canine Coach. Over her 12+ years in the industry, Sam has developed a deep understanding of canine behavior and a passion for improving the lives of owners and dogs alike through quality training. This quickly led to her promotion to Dog Trainer in 2018, and Head Dog Trainer in 2020. Sam took on the role of Staff Development Coach and Daycare Manager in 2023, and Assistant General Manager in 2026. 

As the Assistant General Manager of our 10,000 sq. ft. group daycare, overnight boarding, and grooming facility, she works closely with our General Manager to oversee daily operations, train and develop new team members, and ensure the highest level of care and standards for our canine and human clients.  Sam is known for her relatability and humor, and fosters an environment of accountability and continued improvement for her team.
