Sam Burton has been an integral part of the Fetch n’ Catch family since 2016, when she began her journey as a Canine Coach. Over her 10+ years in the industry, Sam has developed a deep understanding of canine behavior and a passion for improving the lives of owners and dogs alike through quality training. This quickly led to her promotion to Dog Trainer in 2018, and Head Dog Trainer in 2020. In 2023, Sam took on the role of Staff Development Coach, where she now oversees the training and development process for all new hires.

As Staff Development Coach, Sam ensures that every new team member is fully trained and confident in their abilities before stepping into their roles. Beyond new hire training, she is committed to the continuous improvement of our 50+ staff’s collective knowledge and skills, working closely with both new and seasoned team members to elevate the standard of care and service at Fetch n’ Catch. Sam is known for her relatability and humor, and fosters an environment of accountability and continued improvement for her team.
