About Us

Fetch n’ Catch is a locally owned and operated pet care facility, established in 2012 by cousins Dan and Mallory Poirier. We proudly care for up to 220 dogs each day across our 25,000 sq. ft. campus. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including dog daycare, day school, boarding, training, and grooming. Dan and Mallory are both Professional Certified Animal Care Providers, by the Professional Animal Care Certification Council. They were the first individuals in New York State with this distinction.

Dan & Mallory are also the creators and founders of PackPro, a consulting company and staff-training platform used by dog daycare facilities across the globe. Furthermore, pet care facilities across the nation regularly send their management teams to Buffalo, where they shadow our team and learn best practices. As pioneers in the dog daycare industry, we take pride in raising the bar for standards of care and service for dogs and owners alike.

Over the last decade, we have diligently assembled a team of nearly 50 canine professionals who possess an unwavering  dedication to the dogs and their owners in our community. We foster a culture of positivity, enthusiasm, continuous improvement, accountability, and a shared commitment to our clients and one another.
