Jessica Minchen embarked on her journey with Fetch n’ Catch in 2019 as a Canine Coach. Her positive energy and commitment to our organization’s values paved the way for her advancement to Assistant General Manager in 2023.

In her current role, Jessica works with our General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensuring the highest standards of service for both human and canine clients. Beyond these duties, she plays an important role in shaping our team’s future by managing our interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes. Her hands-on and enthusiastic approach ensures that each new team member is aligned with Fetch n’ Catch’s mission and values.
