Since founding Fetch n’ Catch in 2012 alongside his cousin Mallory, Dan has been dedicated to creating a safe, fun, and enriching environment for the dogs of Western New York. What started as a small operation has grown into Buffalo’s largest pet care facility, employing over 50 dedicated staff members and caring for more than 200 dogs each day.
Under Dan’s leadership, Fetch n’ Catch has become a trusted name in our community, recommended by dog owners and veterinarians alike. Dan & his team work to ensure that every dog receives expert care and attention to their individual needs. With this in mind, Fetch n’ Catch has developed several programs beyond traditional group-daycare to meet the needs of the dogs in our community. Dan values personal accountability, teamwork, enthusiasm, and supporting one another, which is evident by his leadership style. He thoroughly enjoys getting to know and building relationships with his clients and staff alike.
Beyond Fetch n’ Catch, Dan is also a co-founder of PackPro Training, an innovative online training system designed specifically for dog daycare facilities. PackPro has become a trusted resource for dog daycares across the country and around the globe, offering essential training in dog body language, group management, and customer service. Dan’s contributions to the pet industry don’t stop there—he also provides consulting services to pet care facilities throughout the United States and Canada. He has spoken to audiences of 200+ facility owners at various conferences across the U.S. on a variety of topics related to operating a safe & fun facility for both dogs and staff. His work has helped countless organizations improve their operations, enhance their company culture, and ultimately provide better care and service for dogs and their owners.
Dan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Akron. He shares his home with his wife Christina, their son Luke, and their black lab, Moira.
