Val Adolf joined the Fetch n’ Catch family in 2019 as a Canine Coach, quickly demonstrating her exceptional ability to connect with both dogs and people. Her dedication and natural leadership earned her a promotion to Head Dog Trainer & Training Manager in 2024, where she now shapes our dog training programs and develops the skills of our Trainers.

In addition to her training leadership, Val serves as our Day Camp Manager, gracefully balancing both roles while overseeing daily operations for nearly 50 dogs. Her leadership style strikes a balance of compassion and encouragement, while maintaining clear expectations that bring out the best in her team. Val works hard each day to create an environment where both dogs and staff thrive.
